Location was excellent in the heart of Marais, even though a small walk from RER station (1km) and Metro (0,5km). Excellent Wifi and airconditioning, even though upstairs it was warm when there was a heatwave outside. Well equipped.

We couldn't get the dishwasher to operate, but it was promised to be fixed afterwards. When arriving in the dark the inner yard was a bit gloomy, but in daylight the place was really nice. Sofa bed downstairs could be changed to a real bed to increase comfort.

Ruim appartement, zeker voor 2 personen. Op 4e verdieping, geen lift, dus veel trappen lopen, maar voor ons geen probleem. Slaapkamer op andere verdieping. Mooie uitstraling, veel lichtinval. Keuken goed uitgerust. Duidelijke communicatie vooraf, sleutel uit kluisje ging makkelijk. Erg rustig, weinig geluid van andere appartementen. Lokatie is perfect, midden in de Marais, op loopafstand van metro. Bakker op 50 m.

Sommige dingen duidelijk gebruikt (bed/bank kamer, lamp slaapkamer, douchekop) maar geen belemmering. Een dakraam was niet te sluiten, maar niet hinderlijk.

The position and the closeness to public transport and Paris centre hotspots and venues.

The master bedroom has a very low ceiling, especially the entrance, we hit our heads several times when entering. The shower in the main bathroom doesn't work properly, only the secondary shower head turns on and not from above.

Très bonne localisation. Appartement propre.

Sur les photos l’appartement est neuf mais dans le réel : - pas de placards pour ranger les vêtements (déjà utilisés par le linge de maison) - pas de penderie - le canapé est entièrement taché. - la lampe de la chambre parentale en mauvais état - Le lave vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée. Il a été changé au bout deux jours après relance. Après intervention, pas d’arrivée d’eau qui fonctionne donc vaisselle à la main tout le séjour. - étage parentale invivable en journée pendant la canicule malgré la climatisation du fait de nombreux velux sans volets extérieurs focalisant les rayons du soleil.
