The apartment was clean and spacious for our stay with 4 adults and a child. A nice welcome toiletry pack each on the bed with a bottle of water and some treats provided in the kitchen. A well stocked kitchen and also every household appliance you could need.
The location was great and seemed very safe and quiet. Lots of restaurants and bakeries nearby. We walked from Gare du Nord and to the Notre Dame and The Louvre.
Great communication from the owners with clear instructions for self check in and check out.
One bedroom has a toilet, the other bedroom has a shower with sink unit and there is also a separate shower room with toilet. Perfect for a group stay.

La ubicación excelente y el personal muy solícito. Estamos en el centro de Paris con tiendas, supermercados, metro, atracciones turísticas... todo muy cerca.

Los colchones eran medio duros, el horno no funcionó durante la estadía.

La ubicación es muy buena, dado que es un barrio con mucha movida nocturna y que da cierta seguridad al llegar de noche.
El departamento es lindo en las fotos pero al funcionar se ve que no es muy robusto. Los desagües de los baños se tapan, hay una ventana que no cierra, el horno no funciona. El host no nos solucionó nada, lamentablemente. Siempre respondía pero pidiendo más información sobre el problema. Cuando llegaba la hora de dar la solución, seguía haciendo preguntas. No es la primera vez que me pasa que parece que el host "descubre" un problema, pero parece que es algo de larga data y que se hacen los distraídos.
