Property was clean and comfortable. The rainfall shower was very nice, great water pressure and and a towel warmer is always fun. The beds were very comfortable and it's a quiet building. Bistrot Leo right on the corner was a plus. For late night crepes or kebob sandwiches Restaurant Crêperie Chouchou down the street is open till 2:00am, with very friendly owners. Monoprix is just down the street for shopping.
It would've been nice to have additional toilet paper and a hand towel/washcloth for the bathroom and an extra blanket for the bed. If you are staying with more than 2 people just be prepared to take a quick shower as the water tank is small, but they let you know that.

Een erg proper appartement in een veilige buurt in het centrum van Parijs, op wandelafstand van de meeste bezienswaardigheden en zonder lawaai van buiten.
De kwaliteit van de zetel en de stoelen: de zetel is een uitklapbaar bed en hij schoof vaak vanzelf wat open wanneer we er op zaten, we moesten hem vaak terug wat naar binnen duwen. De stoelen zijn krukken, wat niet comfortabel zit.

Location and ambiance of the flat. Comfortable bedrooms good lighting warmth and well stocked kitchen.
There is not enough seating for a flat that sleeps 4-6 people. We couldn’t enjoy the TV area as a family with just a couch that seats 2 and then hard stools and 2 metal folding chairs. The place is so comfortable otherwise it really could use 1-2 cushioned chairs. The couch is also very hard and uncomfortable

Resimlerin birebir aynısı, genelde çok daha küçük oluyor ama bu ev hiç öyle değildi gayet ferah ve kullanışlı bir evdi. evde yaşamanız için ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz her şey var aynı zamanda çok sıcaktı hiç üşümedik . Ev sahipleri çok kibar ve hemen cevap veriyorlar.
