Fantastic location in quiet cul-de-sac, but minutes from main Kuta tourist strip. We booked due to late night flight and it was the perfect stop over. Great place to chill out, have a swim, excellent cold aircon and freshen up before our flight home. Only 8 minutes from the airport we had a smooth ride, less traffic and less stress.

The bathrooms could benefit from wall hooks to hang clothes and bath towels. If you're a light sleeper the second bedroom is near the villa's parking space which can be a bit noisy.

Private and away from the hustle of town but close enough to go daily

The accommodation is spacious, and the bathrooms are looking good.

First of all, the villa is not as private as advertised. It is located in the owner’s backyard, and access is through their yard, which significantly reduces the sense of privacy. The “American breakfast” is misleading. It is actually very Indonesian and does not include fresh vegetables, sweet options like pancakes or waffles, or even basic beverages such as juice, coffee, or tea. We were very disappointed, especially since we paid extra for it, and there were very few items on the plates that we could actually eat. The swimming pool is quite old, with peeling paint on the bottom and sides, and it does not have a heating system. The mattresses, bedsheets, and towels were very old and worn, which made our stay less comfortable.
