Step out onto the balcony to enjoy your morning coffee and take advantage of the BBQ grill for lunch or dinner. NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED. Homeowner regulations prohibit guests from smoking on the property, and these rules are strictly enforced. Guests will incur a fine of $200 per day if they smoke on or within the property.
