Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. Condo was comfortable however we were not aware of all the stairs, the hot tub was not described as being in the building across the parking lot and the locking mechanism was difficult to use.

Place was great, and location was good and easy to get to the mountain. We did had some issues with the amenities and the contact was not very helpful with helping us fix this.

This condo was the same price as MUCH nicer condos in Winter Park. It was clean and had the basic stuff you need, (beds, refrigerator, dishwasher etc.) BUT it clearly was not anyone's home. It was decorated SOOO cheaply, clearly by a property management company. There were no basic things that you might find in a hotel...ie a pen, for God's sake and it had none of the comforts that you might find in someone's home, like salt and pepper or oil. The faucet was leaking all over the counter, stool and floor when we got there and someone was in our parking space. Luckily they fixed the faucet quickly. I would only recommend this place to college students or if you can't find any other place.
