Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. The unit includes parking for a max of 2 vehicles, 1 in the units private garage, and a second in the first come first serve community parking. STR license #027690

My family of five enjoyed our stay. It was easy to navigate the lift bus into the resort. The home was well stocked with games the kids enjoyed playing and the kitchen was stocked when we ate in. We will return again! Thank you!

We stayed at this lovely condo this past weekend. This spacious condo, with a 1 stall attached garage, has nice vaulted ceilings so it's nice and open. The rooms are large and on opposite ends of each other so our teenage boys could sleep in while we were up having coffee (Keurig and regular maker) cooking in the enormous kitchen w/the tv on. The kitchen has all the necessities and more for people like us who love to cook. The showers were stocked too. The beds were extremely comfortable with extra blankets and fans in the closets if needed. We are past the baby/toddler stage, but I noticed a pack-n-play, baby gate and baby booster/dining chair. How nice to have for younger families! Plenty of space for our dog and a dog crate was provided. The hot tub (right on the deck!) was such a treat to sit in each night. Games galore! It's a great location with trails right out back, restaurants, coffee shops nearby as well as a nice market. We'll definitely be back!
