The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, while the second bedroom is perfect for families with a twin bunk bed and a twin over queen bunk. For additional sleeping arrangements, a queen sleeper sofa is available in the living area.

The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. There is parking for 2 cars. Great unit, right on the river. Clean and great for our stay. Had one issue with the keypad malfunctioning (really out of the management company's control), which was promptly and easily addressed. Would stay again.

My family loved this spot for a our winter getaway. With two kids under 5, there was plenty of space for us to spread out and play, and the hot tub was amazing. It was super convenient to get to town and skiing, and we loved trekking around the house on the community paths. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen well stocked, we had a great time all around and can't wait to return!

The place was wonderful! The hot tub was so clean and the river and Mountain View's were amazing! Would stay here again if we return to winter park in the future!
