Unique, cozy, modern and stylish appartment in the very city center of Lugano. It's located in a walking distance from Lugano train station and Lugano lake with the restaurants, bars and shops around the corner. Enjoy your breakfast or drinks on the terrace in a very peaceful environment. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay: fully equipped kitchen, incl. coffee machine and dish washer, bathroom with shower, wardrobes, blind curtains, 2 AC units, comfortable bed and sofa bed.
The space
Size: 66 m² apartment with an 18 m² terrace.
Layout: Open-plan design with kitchen and living room combined, leading to the bedroom.
Bedroom: Partially separated from the living room with an open entry for a balance of openness and privacy.
Full-wall wardrobe behind the bed for ample storage.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Bed: 160x200 cm.
Sofa bed: 180x200 cm when unfolded.
Additional Spaces: wardrobe and bathroom with shower/toilet.
Other things to note
The tourist taxes are included in my nightly airbnb price and for each guest.
Please note that according to the Swiss Law Accommodation providers and owners of rented flats and holiday homes are responsible for collecting and remitting the tourist tax per night/person to the Reginal Tourist Office.
In addition to that the Airbnb host has to notify the authority about each guest within 24 hours of the guests arrival (same as in the Swiss hotels). For this reason the copy of identification document will be asked before/on arrival in order to follow this procedure and submit the data about the guests to the cantonal authority.
