-If you check in after 9pm, there is $40 late check in fee will be charged.
- ACCEPT Pets (Dogs/Cats), I charge 98 CAD for guest who bring pet, please inform me in advance if you will bring a pet.
- Quiet hours 11PM-7AM;
- Parking space is underground in the building;
- The earliest check-in time at 4 p.m. and the latest check-out time at 11 a.m. since I need enough time to clean the room. Please message me if you require an early check-in or a late check-out;
- The furniture shown in the photographs may be subject to slight alterations due to normal wear and tear and replacement;
