The Coal Harbour Ocean View Condo condo is currently available for a 90 day booking from November 1st through January 31st.

This spacious condo has breathtaking views of the Burrard Inlet, North Shore mountains and the impressive skyscrapers of downtown Vancouver. Located a short walk from the Coal Harbour waterfront in Downtown Vancouver.

You will enjoy the spacious layout, which includes a master bedroom with king size bed and full bath, second king bedroom, second bathroom and a den/office with sleeper sofa. The living room has an additional sofa bed and gas fireplace. The sunny enclosed atrium balcony is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view. Large fully equipped kitchen and dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows. The condo also features in-suite laundry and two parking spaces.

There is a large selection of restaurants located on the harbour or within a block in all directions, so you may never decide to dine in. Or you might enjoy the fully stocked kitchen and feel as though you are a resident of this beautiful city! For vacation rental, business travellers, relocating families or just a visit to Vancouver, this condo is ideally located within walking distance of all of Vancouver's attractions and the transportation hubs to get you further afield.

Full facility building: Descend from your home on the 28th floor and enjoy the full size heated lap pool, hot tub and fitness facilities. Relax in the gardens or have a barbecue.

Deluxe and luxurious: You will appreciate the attention to detail found in your fine surroundings. Well furnished and completely supplied, you will think you are at home. Loved the location. The building is showing its age but well maintained. Spare bed was coming apart but we fixed it temporarily. Host was first rate as were the check in folks. Would not hesitate to book next Vancouver stay

We spent a month here as a family of 4. It was a fabulous location, which meant we hardly ever used our car (except for longer adventures). The views are fabulous and the condo is big, well appointed and luxurious. The property manager was incredibly quick to reply and act if we got in contact. The only issue was getting used to squeezing our large SUV into the small car parks - but that’s condo living, and we avoided any scrapes!!
