This townhouse provided us with everything we needed and much more to fully enjoy a few months in Vancouver. The location is amazing with great views of downtown across False Creek and direct access to walking/biking paths that you can take all over town. It is close to Granville Island which has a public market where you can shop for all kinds of foods, eat at restaurants, and take in the views. The location allowed us to walk to grocery stores and other shops. The townhome itself was great for the two of us, and an extra loft bedroom allowed us to host some visitors while we were there. The kitchen is very nice and well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. The wifi was very good and allowed us to stream movies and also do our work. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of sheets and towels available. Having a washer and dryer was really helpful for our longer term stay. The garage was well maintained and secure, and we were able to charge our electric vehicle in it. We loved being able to step out the door and start walking in any direction to experience the best of Vancouver. We enjoyed sitting and watching the city from the front window of the living room at any time of day or night. The hosts and property manager are very responsive and helpful, and we enjoyed getting to know them.

It is the third year in a row that our family has booked this amazing home in Vancouver for our summer holiday.
Located on the waterfront a short walk to the famed Granville Island Market, the sights and sounds of water craft, pedestrians and cyclists - with the beautiful Vancouver skyline and north shore mountains as a backdrop - offers a sensational vista that is ever changing throughout the day and evening. It’s like living inside a perpetual relaxation film. We are cyclists ourselves, which is why we really appreciate the proximity to the bike lane that can take us anywhere in the city. And when we get home, our bikes (and vehicle) are stored safely in the parking garage that comes along with this booking. If you are looking for peaceful and roomy big-city lodging with every convenience a home could offer, this is the place.

The place was just perfect for my stay. close to the bike path and Granville Island and nice to watch the boats and people go by from my living room. Definitely the place to stay in Vancouver.

You feel as though you are staying in a beautiful family home as a guest rather than a quickly put together rental with IKEA furniture. Very well equipped kitchen and Granville market to buy daily produce a short walk along the sea wall. Beautiful views of False creek from the living room and especially from the second floor patio which is a great place to eat meals. Both the owners and the manager are quickly responsive to any enquires. If you tire of watching the activity along the sea wall you can relax on the back patio among lush greenery and flowers. The owners care about their rental home and it shows.

Our family stayed in this place in 2021 and it was so great that we went for a second round in 2022.
This house is everything one could hope for in Vancouver: instant access to the extensive network of bike trails, strolling distance to Granville Island market, picturesque scenes of an active waterfront at all times of day & night, a longer walk to concert & sports venues, secure parking and a home that meets every need a family might encounter.
The owner & manager are most friendly and every part of the experience is easy.
After only two visits (in 2021 & 2022) it already feels like our second home.
We actually miss it, already.
Our only hesitation in writing this review is that the property is so fabulous that we worry it won’t become available next year.
We are grateful to have found this gem.

Nothing False about this property
I have known/lived/stayed in Vancouver since 1973; always on the west side (west of Oak). This property combined quiet charm with vibrant location and views. The decor and 'equipment' created a home ambience. The views wonderful; beds comfortable. I'm coming again!

Fantastic Property and Location
The location is phenominal – Grenville Island market and restaurants, walking and biking paths, ferries, museums and vistas are all just outside the door. We took advantage of many of the local restaurants, of which there is a good variety of cuisine, but we also ate in much of the time. We have never stayed in a property where the kitchen was as well equipped as this one with a large selection of pots, baking pans, dishes, cutlery, glassware, blenders etc. It was also great to have a well-stocked kitchen with spices galore, baking goods, coffee, tea, and cleaning supplies. The property is so comfortable that it very quickly felt like home and even on the rainy days it was pleasant just to curl up on the couch and watch TV or read and look out the window at the boats and people going by. We would highly recommend this property and the responsive, caring owners to anyone visiting Vancouver.

Thank you!
We enjoyed staying at this home very much. The location is wonderful - right on False Creek with a great view of the marina, and walking distance to the Metro, Granville Island market and both Kitsilano/4th ave and Cambie/Broadway shopping areas. The home itself is very comfortable with a main floor main bedroom, a private second floor bedroom, and a well equipped kitchen. Thank you, Susan and Wayne, for sharing your home with us :)

Simply Spectacular
This residence is so impressive that it is difficult to find the correct superlatives.
Here are the key characteristics:
* Prime location in Vancouver near shopping and bike routes
* Supremely comfortable, pristine and spacious
* Extraordinary views of the Vancouver skyline and water craft, both day and night
* Secure parking for vehicle and bicycles
* Superb connectivity via internet and TV
* Supplied with anything and everything a family might need
The only thing that would stop us from submitting such a glowing review is a concern that this place will be in such high demand that we will never have a chance to rent it, again.
We cannot imagine any place offering a better value on the dollar.
Do make your booking! You won’t regret it.
