You have direct access to the spacious balcony which is equipped with a BBQ, perfect for grilling hamburgers on a summer night. Sit down to enjoy your meal at the four person white dining room table which sits beneath a stunning floating crystal chandelier, while relishing in the gorgeous water views. The simple living area will lend itself for movie night thanks to the comfortable deep leather couch, flat screen TV and fireplace. The property is lovely, spacious and has spectacular views. Location can’t be beat and is safe/family friendly.
However, there were lots of small/medium sized issues we encountered that, combined, made the stay unsatisfactory. Overall, it needs better upkeep. The largest issue was the window in the second bedroom. It wouldn’t close all the way so the bedroom was freezing cold at night, rendering it unusable for sleeping. The side panel of the tub in the master bathroom was coming off and I was worried my toddler was going to stick her little hands in there. The property manager (PM) had a repairman come by the next day, but the tub still took 24 hours to fix and we had to use some of our heavy luggage to lean up against the tub to keep the panel in place while the adhesive was setting. Windows that should stay open in the living room just fall shut (irony). The floor was also very dirty when we arrived…like the bottoms of our socks were filthy. The PM hand a cleaning lady come by 48 hours later, but it was still not ideal.
Master bedroom hot water faucet handle leaked water onto the counter every time it was turned on. I didn’t even bother complaining about that because it seemed to pale in comparison to the other issues.
On the plus side - great appliances, the mattresses are comfy, lots of towels supplied and there is ample storage for a long term stay. A family of 4 could be very comfy. The kitchen is well appointed with dishwares and you will be able to cook at home.
