This bright, furnished one-bedroom-plus-den sits in Vancouver's West End, right by the water on Beach Avenue. The seawall, Sunset Beach, and English Bay are moments away, and big windows pull in the light along with views over False Creek and the marina.
Inside, it's an easy, comfortable place to land. The open living and dining area has room to relax, with a sofa bed for a third and fourth guest, and the separate den works nicely as a home office. Cook a proper meal in the full kitchen, keep longer stays simple with in-suite laundry, and stay comfortable year-round with a portable air-conditioning unit for warm days and heating when it cools off.
The building adds real value: free secure underground parking (a genuine bonus this close to downtown), a fitness centre, bike lockers, visitor parking, concierge service, and a garden courtyard with a BBQ for sunny afternoons.
Step outside and you're on the seawall in seconds, with the Aquabus ferry across to Granville Island close by, and English Bay, Yaletown, and downtown all within an easy walk. In a fabulous, central location easy to find, and easy parking! Apartment was lovely, super clean, and had an abundance of everything we needed - extra comforters, fans & A/C, kitchen supplies, and linens. Owners were terrific, succinct and communicative highly recommend!

Ideal location. Just needs a freshen up. New bedding and towels etc. maybe some new furniture. With a few dollars spent to clean it up and have some basic items that are fresh and clean such as bedding and pillows this place would be somewhere I’d come back to routinely.
