This 3 bedroom/2 full bath brand new construction condo is located in Forest Ridge, a picturesque neighborhood across from Loon Mountain. Enjoy fresh mountain air from your private balcony. Forest Ridge offers a recreation building with an indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor pool, exercise facilities and game area, as well as shuttle to Loon during ski season. There is so much to do without leaving the property, but you`re centrally located in the White Mountains!
The condo is on the top level of a garden style building- no noise above you! Enter into a spacious airlock mudroom with ski storage and tons of room for all of your gear. From there, you`ll find a beautiful open concept living/dining/kitchen area. The kitchen well stocked with plenty of room to cook a meal for the family. The living room features a cozy gas fireplace and slider access to your private balcony. There are 2 guest bedrooms and a common full bathroom on the far end of the unit, and a large primary suite with balcony access on the opposite end. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has a set of bunk beds and a single twin, and the primary has a king bed. All bedrooms have tv`s.
Forest Ridge is an exceptional choice of neighborhoods for families. There is a large recreation building with indoor and (seasonal) outdoor pools, game and fitness rooms and a hot tub to keep everyone entertained. The development is comprised of several smaller roads and cul-de-sacs, perfect for riding bikes or scooters. Enjoy weekend shuttle access during the winter and skip the hassle of finding parking at the mountain.
