About this house rental
A three bedroom townhouse offering large airy rooms with plenty of space for vacationers. Enjoy the wooded mountain views from the back deck or relax in front of the stone fireplace and watch a favorite movie. Whatever your vacation plans, this home would make a wonderful location.
Enter this two-level vacation property to the foyer with garage access and head down the short hall to the open concept living, dining and kitchen area with gas fireplace, smart flat-screen TV and two sets of sliding doors to the spacious back deck. Additionally off the short hall on this lower level is a half bath. Upstairs are three bedrooms; the primary with a king size bed and in-suite bath with jet tub, the second with a queen size bed and the third with a set of pyramid (twin over full) bunk beds. Each of these bedrooms has a television and the second and third bedroom share a full bath. The laundry facilities can also be found on this upper level.
While here enjoy the Forest Ridge Club House, with tennis courts, indoor pool and heated outdoor pool. Loon Mountain is just a mile away. Use of swim club requires digital key access.

This home has winter ski shuttle access for specific dates as described at
Pool and fitness club may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.

This was a wonderful experience for 2 couples. The rooms were big, the bathrooms were great, the kitchen had great counter space, and it was super clean. Very comfortable living room area. So close to all hiking. Nice patio for relaxing at the end of the day after hiking. The rental company was very responsive when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the condo. We absolutely loved this property and would highly recommend it!

The place worked for our stay. Everything you needed was there except that there was no hairdryer which presented a problem. The unit was nicer than the pictures but the upstairs was a little dusty. I understand check out times are firm and we were out promptly at 10am but the constant reminders were obnoxious. Also, in all the reminders it indicated “charges will apply”. It did not indicate what the charges are. My son and I discussed, so if you’re out 5 minutes late, what is the charge? This was only a topic of conversation because of the constant reminders over a 4-day stay. This unit also had cable TV, Netflix and On Demand. Other places don’t offer cable and I found it was nice to not just be limited to streaming. They have a 24 hour number if you have a problem after 5pm which was also another thing that made it better than trying to reach an owner. I would recommend this place and despite a couple annoyances I would stay here again.
