Deer Park Condo close to Recreation Center. Perfect for a large family or 2 families with locking connecting door. 1st unit has 1 bedroom with kitchen, bath, living room with sleep sofa, washer, dryer, gas fireplace, balcony with river views. Connects to 2nd unit which is a studio with sleep sofa, murphy bed, kitchen, and bath. Can use as 1 unit that sleeps 8 or 2 units that sleep 4 each. You get both units for the 1 price. Deer Park amenities include swimming pond, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, game room, nature trail, skating pond (winter), playground, tennis courts, and basketball hoops. Condo is right off of I-93 with area amenities for all 4 seasons. There are mountain activities, Whales Tale Water Park, Clark's Trading Post, restaurants and shops close by.

The unit was just as described, very clean and perfect for our group. It’s right along the river, close to the clubhouse and pond for swimming, floating, etc. Very walkable into No Woodstock village for dinner, drinks. The host was great with pre-arrival communication.
