About this apartment rental
Newly updated spacious condo located in Lincoln, NH. A/C, cable and secure WiFi. Unit sleeps 8, kitchen with full size appliances. Dining area for 6 people and room for 3 more at the breakfast bar. Living room has a 46 inch Samsung LED flat screen, gas fireplace, sliders to a large deck and new leather reclining sofa, leather reclining loveseat and recliner. Deck has picnic table, lounge chairs and chaise lounges. Laundry room has full size washer & dryer. Master Bedroom has new king size bed & on-suite bath. Second bedroom has king size bed and third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. There are TV's and closets in all bedrooms. Towels & linens are provided. We are right across from the clubhouse and tennis courts. The clubhouse has an indoor & outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna & fitness center. Forest Ridge is right in the heart of the White Mountains in the quaint towns of Lincoln and Woodstock. Forest Ridge is a located off the Kancamagus Highway and is a peaceful community surrounded by forest and beautiful mountain views.
There are numerous area attractions nearby - including Franconia Notch State Park, Cannon Mountain with its aerial tram, Franconia Bike Path, The Flume Gorge, The Basin, Loon Mountain, Clark's Trading Post, Hobo Railroad with dinner train, mini golf course. Lost River, Whale's Tale Waterpark, Polar Caves, Mount Washington, Cog Railroad, Santa's Village, Story Land and weekend car racing. We are also only about 1/2 hour from all the excellent (tax free) outlet shopping in Conway and Tilton and 1/2 hour from Lake Winnepesauke. Activities include, hiking (we are located near the Applalachian Trail & huts), swim in the beautiful, clear waters of our rivers, enjoy biking, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, whitewater rafting, horseback riding, zip lines and golf abound in the White Mountains.

Our hosts thought of everything to make our vacation a great one to remember! The home is absolutely wonderful!! The furniture and beds are so comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. Even more importantly,
the home is sparklingly clean!!!
The location is very convenient!!! What more could you possibly ask for?

Our family gathered here for July 4th week and had a great time. This corner top-floor unit is very quiet. Quick walk to both the indoor and outdoor pool (although the indoor pool heater was broken, as was the hot tub). Home was a great size for 4 adults and 2 small children. Nothing fancy but totally functional! My one real complaint is that the carpet needs to be replaced. So many large visible pet stains that grossed us all out.

A perfect getaway for us! Great location, lots to do on-site and nearby! All ages - from 6 months to 88 years! The cleaning ladies, Sara and Susan, were there and explained everything and were lovely to show us around! The owner is wonderful to work with and was very accommodating! There were only 3 of us going until the day before our getaway! The grandson and great-grandkids could go as a surprise! Will cherish the memories here for sure. We are hoping to stay here again next year! Highly recommended this beautiful getaway! Thank you Roland!

We enjoyed our time staying in Lincoln with a few exceptions. I had to reach out to the owner to get the code for the front door the day before. At that time he explained that there was a minor issue with the central air and to call if we had an issue. When we arrived at unit the ac was off and we couldn’t get it on. I called the owner, who called me back about 15 minutes later and was told to use a kitchen spatula to give the fan on the outside box a push to jumpstart the fan. This was not as easy as it sounds and my husband ended up with a nice gash on his arm from the sheet metal. I’m sure we are not the first people to have to deal with this issue. This continued to be an issue for our entire stay whenever the ac went off. Would not recommend staying here. The owner did give us a partial credit. There were also large stains on the carpeting but it is a “pet friendly condo” so I will let that slide
