This 3 bedroom/2 full bath garden style condo is located in Forest Ridge, a picturesque neighborhood across from Loon Mountain. The unit is on the 2nd floor, perched over the pond. Enjoy the beautiful waterfront view and fresh mountain air from your private balcony. Forest Ridge offers a recreation building with an indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor pool, exercise facilities and game area. There is so much to do without leaving the property, but you`re centrally located in the White Mountains!
The condo is an end unit located on the second floor of a garden style condo building. It features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master has an en suite bathroom, a mini split air conditioner, and a slider to access the balcony over the pond. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third has a queen and twin. There is an air mattress available for additional sleeping space. The open concept living and dining area is spacious, and also offers access to the balcony via sliding doors. There is a high quality sleeper sofa that offers space for 2 more guests. There is a gas fireplace to cozy up to after a long day of exploring the mountains. The Forest Ridge Recreation building (pass in unit for access) is a short walk away, making this unit a great option for families.
Enhanced cleaning- Our unit is professionally cleaned between every guest. Linens and towels are washed locally at a commercial laundry facility with hypoallergenic detergents, ensuring your stay is as clean and comfortable as can be!
Enter into a large mudroom with tons of storage for all of your gear. Through the mudroom door you`ll find a well stocked kitchen, and a large open concept living/dining area. Radiant heat throughout the entire condo, along with a gas fireplace and supplemental mini split heat help to make your ski getaway extra cozy. Enjoy stunning views of the pond and mountains while you sip your morning coffee. The primary bedroom has a king bed with attached full bathroom. The second bedroom has a full and a twin, and the third has a queen. The condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. Equipped with smart tv with cable, and fast wifi. The weekend Loon shuttle will pick you up right from the parking lot, making this a super convenient basecamp. Even better- the rec center is next door- close enough to walk back and forth, but just enough distance to still enjoy that quiet mountain air.

Beautiful property with amazing views all around, loved waking up and falling asleep with the pond view & sounds of nature outside the door. Only downside was the hot tub was out of order at the pool area our whole stay and that was 1 of my main reasons for choosing this rental, very disappointing and I wasn't notified until I showed up ready to relax in a hot tub. That part was very upsetting
