About this apartment rental
This ground-floor garden-style condominium is just a short distance from the swim club at Forest Ridge and has beautiful views of the pond and mountains. Drop your shoes and coats in the foyer and then enter to the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The galley-style kitchen offers a dishwasher, microwave, and electric stove with a self-clean oven. The dining area has a spacious table with seating for six. Four additional seats are available close by at the kitchen counter. The living room area contains comfortable overstuffed seating, a flat-screen television with a DVD player, and the enjoyment of a gas fireplace for those cool fall nights. The generous back deck is accessed through a sliding door in the living area, and you can step through the gate to the backyard and grill. The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, flat-screen television, an attached full private bath, and a separate sliding door to the back deck. The second bedroom has a double and a twin bed, while the third and final bedroom has two sets of bunk beds and some board games. In the hall between the primary bedroom and the remaining bedrooms, you will find the laundry room with a washer and dryer and a second full bath.
Forest Ridge 166-3 is just a short distance from the Forest Ridge Club House, where you can enjoy the indoor pool, heated outdoor pool, exercise and game rooms, as well as the tennis courts. Use of swim club requires digital key access.

The location was beautiful. The description was accurate with the layout, amenities and location. The only thing is when you walk in to the unit there is a very strong musty smell. I emptied the dishwasher and dusted the coffee table. Restaurants were close by and we enjoyed some delicious meals. I would recommend this location for easy access for everything the mountains have to offer.

Overall it was clean but there was definitely signs of wear. Considering how high the pet fee was, I was surprised to see scratches on the doors etc. from previous guests. That being said, we loved how quiet it was and there was lots of green spaces for the dogs.

dishes dirty in the dish washer, none of the bedroom lights worked, ( only lamps, did not work with the switch), above tenants very rude about parking.
