Beautiful location close to major attractions and nature trails Condo property has outdoor and indoor swimming pools with very kind attendants/reception.

It was in a nice location. Close to everything. Decorated very nicely.

We had difficulty locating the unit with the address and unit number provided. When we finally thought we located the unit, the password did not work. We didn't want to bother Matt, but finally had to reach out to him for help. He informed us that the address had changed to Tip Top Drive, not the address provided. He informed us that the Unit number was now 8, not 3 as we had been given. And the passwork was now 4949, not 3542 as we were provided. Totally unacceptable that this information was not provided in advance. Regarding the facility, a comb was found on the bathroom floor and the tub was not clean. Finding a comb on the floor is good indication that nobody put any effort into cleaning prior to our arrival. The ice dispenser did not work properly, when the ice box was removed, we discovered a plastic bag in the dispenser. Apparently a prior tenant has placed a bag of ice in the dispenser. I wouldn't expect this to be found by a cleaning outfit, but just passing the info along.

The house was clean and beautiful. We had a very comfortable to stay. It has all the essential amenities. Located at the heart of Lincoln allowed us to go to any place in the White Mountains conveniently.

The cleaning fee was high, nearly $300, but they make the guests dispose the trash in a nearby dumpster as part of the checkout process.
