Welcome to Seahorse Hideaway with Heated Pool offering! The property will be ready for you on Jan 1st,2026...7 minutes to Nokomis Beach, near-by The Legacy Trail; 23 mile biking trail... Publix and many retail stores near-by, as well as Many restaurants. Hop on 41 or 681 for short ride to Sarasota or Venice .
1 bedroom rental cottage on the same property, if available, you can rent the entire property! (shared pool.) This 3-bedroom home is perfect for your escape to Nokomis. Inside, guests find a terrific mix of comfort with a king, queen, and twin bed spread across the bedrooms. Two bathrooms offer both a shower and a bathtub, making it easy to unwind after a day of adventure. An additional office space features a Really Comfortable sofa bed, ideal for extra guests or a quiet work spot. The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC. and blackout curtains in bedrooms!
*For safety and security, there are Ring cameras in the front (ring doorbell) and the pool area. They are not monitored while there are guests at the home, the video Can be accessed in the case of safety or security question.

We had a fabulous time at this house. The house was beautiful inside & very comfortable as well and the pool was great especially after a few hours at Nokomis beach. The house was very clean, showers wereReally nice too. The proximity to the beach& Sarasota downtown was great. Tami is an awesome hoost she is too notch in communication and very friendly she was very easy to work with and the house is stocked! -
