Summary:
Experience the best of coastal living at Nokomis Beach Getaway, conveniently located a 5-minute walk to Lyons Bay Park with kayak launch, inviting you to explore the scenic waterways at your leisure. Additionally, the property is a mere 5-minute drive from Nokomis Beach, allowing you to easily indulge in sun-soaked sands and refreshing ocean breezes. This rental promises the perfect blend of aquatic adventures in the ocean waters and its secluded pool.
The Space:
The Getaway offers 3 bedrooms sleeping 8 people, 3 full bathrooms, private chlorine pool, kayaks with dolly, beach chairs and toys and bicycles to enjoy the neighborhood or an evening ride to the beach for the Beach Drum Circle or to enjoy one of our amazing sunsets on the beach. This house is pet friendly with pet registration and a $75 pet fee.
Pool Heating is available from November 1 through April 30.
Guest Access:
Guests will be provided a code to the door at least 2 days prior to Check-In.
Other Things to Note:
Travel with confidence. The #PMIPurify program is implemented in every rental, providing a pristine clean for all guests.
CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES, AND REFUNDS.
All bookings are subject to the following cancellation policy:
1. PMI Sarasota Permitted Cancellation Periods:
a. 30 days or more prior to your check-in date for rental periods of 7 days or less
b. 60 days or more prior to your check-in date for rental periods of 8 days or more
You may cancel your booking according to either a. OR b. above, given by written notice (email accepted with time-stamp) to PMI Sarasota. If the cancellation meets the criteria of either a. or b. the full amount of your reservation deposit will be refunded, less a $200 cancellation fee and any non-refundable charges including booking fees and management/admin fees.
2. All refunds, whether in whole or pro-rated, will be subject to the deduction of third party non-refundable charges.
For cancellations made after the Permitted Cancellation Periods above, Guest is responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges. Guest’s only recourse for refund after the Cancellation Period is a claim on a previously purchased vacation travel insurance policy. To protect against loss of your advance deposit or booking payment resulting from cancellations caused by certain unforeseen events, such as illness, death, natural disasters, etc., we recommend that guests purchase Vacation Travel Protection Insurance.
STARTER SUPPLIES: We offer a starter supply of toiletries and cleaning/laundry supplies.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We loved the setup of the house and it was perfect for ten people ages 6-62. The pool was a big win for our in-between time beach hopping. Three beaches within driving distance and a lake within walking distance. The hosts were readily available to answer and help with any questions. Two beaches are close by but we spent most of our time at Siesta Key Beach which is about a 25 minute drive. We were so happy there was a grill on site and literally everything you would need to cook for a large family. House was amazingly clean upon arrival. Stay here and you will not be disappointed!

Everything was great we enjoyed the home and it was in a great location close to everything. Our only complaint was we couldn’t escape the no-see-um bugs. Inside and out. We contacted the owner and they said they would send someone out to spray but I can’t confirm that they did or didn’t because we was gone all day however we stopped and bought spray and washed everything and it was better after that. Also, not a complaint just an inconvenience. There are three bathrooms however none of them are on the main level so all involved going up or down steps. It turned out ok for us but we intended on taking my elderly dad which would have been super hard had he been out of the hospital in time to go. Over all we absolutely loved our stay!!!

10/10 Excellent house-Excellent location!We had a wonderful time! The house was clean & had everything you could possibly want on vacation. The owner supplies plenty of beach towels, kitchen items, pool toys, bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, even had plenty of games & puzzles for the kids! I loved the layout of the house, bedrooms were large & spaced out so we never felt crowded. The air conditioning worked great & kept the house cool. (Something I truly appreciate.) The pool area was lovely, all the greenery around the lanai made it feel so private. The neighborhood is very quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. Dave & Lynne (our hosts) were very attentive, excellent communication, they reached out just to make sure we were enjoying our stay and that everything was going well.We did have a special request while there and within a few minutes they were able to accommodate us. Our family made some great memories at your house. We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again if we get back to Florida.Thank you,Theresa
