Modern 3 bed / 2 bath, fully furnished home away from home.
Opens to a large caged and private backyard with heated pool & spa, lounge chairs & sofa, and propane grill on a cool-to-touch shellstone travertine deck. Beyond the pool, enjoy the 9-hole putting green, basketball hoop, and 2 professional pickleball courts. Neighborhood is quiet with easy access to the beach, dining, shopping, and interstate travel. The Space:
Enjoy time with family and friends in the main living / dining / kitchen area or recharge in one of the bedrooms. All 4 TVs include a robust channel selection and are smart and ready for streaming on your favorite service. Home has the highest speed fiber internet / wifi available in the area perfect for remote work or steaming / gaming. Details will be available in a welcome booklet on your arrival.
Home has lots of beach gear including towels, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, wagon, etc. Also, there are 5 medium-sized beach cruisers available for rides to the beach or the intercoastal bike trail. Please lock-up when parking at public places.
Washer and dryer are inside the garage and for your private use.
All sporting equipment is available on-site (putters, wedges, paddles, balls, etc.)
Entire house is cleaned between stays by a professional service.
Guest Access:
Enjoy private access to the entire home, screened porch & pool, and basketball hoop on the side yard. Putting green and pickleball courts are largely private at this time. Ownership has the 2 adjacent properties and may use them sparingly when in town. However, we are committed to making your stay enjoyable and respect your privacy, so we will work with and communicate with you as needed.
Keyless entry details will be provided before arrival. Standard check-in is 4p and check-out is 12p. Let us know if plans differ and we will do our best to accommodate.
Park in either the 2-car garage or large driveway.
The Neighborhood:
Quiet neighborhood. Local favorite is Pops Restaurant near the marina ~3 minutes away.
Getting Around:
Beach is less than a 5 minute car ride with plenty of parking near the water. Bike ride to the water is ~10 minutes. If you are feeling adventurous, there is a bike trail that follows the intercoastal which takes you to Venice. Property has 5 bikes and locks available to use during your stay. Please lock-up when away from home.
Driving around is easy with direct access to the main road, the 41 (Tamiami Trail) and I-75. The grocery, drugstore, gas station, and Starbucks are all within a block away. Walmart and Costco are about 10-15 minutes away. Stickney Point Rd (Siesta Key) is about 15-20 minutes. Sarasota airport SRQ is ~30 minutes door-to-door. Tampa TPA is just over an hour. Punta Gorda PGD is ~30 minutes and good if you can find a deal, but SRQ is usually the best option overall.

Pool is entirely private and measures 3.5 ft at the shallow-end and 6 ft at the deep-end, heated with traditional gas, and maintained with standard chlorine. Upon request, we have a child fence available, separating pool and deck.
Up to 3 extra mattresses available, two fold-out beds plus an air mattress, all with pillows and sheets.
Plenty of soap, paper towels, and general cleaning supplies are included.
Enjoy coffee 3 ways: standard drip, Keurig, and breville espresso machine.
Baby gear: modern pack-n-play crib, high chair, and bouncy play chair are available.
Water sports: nearest boat ramp is on the beach side of the intercoastal (over bridge at Marina). Nearest boat, jetski, and kayak rentals are at the Marina. Rides up and down the intercoastal are super fun.
