The boat is a spacious lanai completed with a furnished patio and grill, a full kitchen, and all with the comfort of home needed for a relaxing retreat. When you're not lounging by the pool, you can hit a nearby golf course, reel in a catch at Venice Fishing Pier, visit Sharky's good food and spirits or spend all day along the sandy shores of the beaches just 3 miles away.
Nearby Shamrock Park and Nature Center offer a 80 acres preserve which links up with a 10 mile bike trail you can enjoy.

We had a great time!! The house and pool were very clean!! It is located near a lots of places to eat and a close drive to Venice Beach! We even found some shark teeth!

Lovely home that was close to all the beaches! We found 519 shark teeth mostly at Manasota Key Beach. Very clean and had everything you needed. Pool was so nice and warm. We enjoyed our stay and will return!
