The stay was perfect and I recommend. The apartment is 10 min walk to the old Town or the beach (very clear water and very accessible) . The hosts are very kind and helpful couple. We really enjoyed our experiences in Rovinj.

The location is perfect if you are coming for SSD or CSSF Dancing Festival: 10 minutes to Mulini Beach, 7 minutes to Adris, 3 minutes to a well stocked supermarket, 3 minuts to a very good restaurant (il Faro). The location is not as far uphill as many others.
The price for the appartment is good. Owners are easy to communicate with, they live right next door.
The washing machine is a real plus, if you want to travel with light luggage.
We immediately spotted a smell of mould/fungi. Unfortunately this didn't go away during our stay.
The cleanlyness of the appartment was ok, but not perfect. While other landlords sometimes include additional cleaning during a longer stay, this was not the case here.
The drainage of the shower was working badly, the owner provided us with pipe cleaning chemicals, which didn't help much.
The bed is smaller than "cozy". If you are taller than 1.85m you will not fit into it in full lenght. The mattress is very, very, very bad.
