Excellent location, walking distance from both beach and city centre. Spacious apartment. Had all the facilities we needed. And although there were a lot of cars around, parking was possible on the street (for free).
Other comments have pointed out that the apartment is a little dark, and although this is true, for a holiday stay it is not that bad at all. There is enough light coming in if the shutters are open. The main lights are cold neon lighting in all the rooms, but again there are smaller lamps in most rooms that emit warm lights if someone likes that better.

Location is very quiet, tranquil. Mostly tourists stay here. Konzum is pretty close and has a good variety of goods.
It has easy access to the Centar, 15-20 mins. walk to the clock tower. Also Golden Cape beaches are not far.
Cozy to stay for a family of 3-4.
Good value for money.
The appartement has good inventory of bathroom products, not needed to buy washing gale, capsules, and so on. It felt great.
Host was flexible about check out times.
It has no dedicated parking, but street parking is free, it was available at all times for us.
The appartement has only a few windows, but stays cool in the evening/ at night and we mostly stayed there at those times.
Bathroom is realively small, but has all it needs.
