Nel cuore del centro storico, l'appartamento è una mansarda al terzo piano di un vecchio edificio, è tutto nuovo molto carino. Attrezzato e ben arredato, un nido romantico adatto ad una coppia. A due minuti a piedi dal porto vecchio con tutti i localini sotto casa. Parchi e attrazioni vicinissime. Tutto raggiungibile a piedi. Abbiamo amato molto il divano e l'angolo cucina con la finestrella sui tetti.
In salotto e in camera da letto ci sono delle travi a cui bisogna fare attenzione se si è un po' alti. La trave in legno nel punto di accesso dal corridoio al salotto in particolar modo andrebbe imbottita o segnalata al buio. Il mio compagno che è alto 1.82 ci ha sbattuto la testa. L' edificio quando siamo andati noi in marzo era in ristrutturazione, c'era molta polvere nell'androne e per le scale, e l'ingresso non faceva una buona impressione. Manca l'ascensore. Il letto in camera da migliorare.
