L’emplacement exceptionnel en plein cœur du Vieux-Port et surtout la vue magnifique. L’appartement est agréable et bien aménagé dans l’ensemble.
L’accès à l’appartement est peu engageant et contraste avec le côté « chic » annoncé, avec notamment des odeurs de cuisine assez fortes. L’appartement est également très chaud malgré les rafraîchisseurs et ventilateurs. Difficile d’ouvrir les fenêtres le soir en raison du bruit des bars situés juste en dessous. Quelques petits équipements manquent également en cuisine.

That was nothing to dislike , but I will mention that there was a smell of drain in the bathroom and the shower drainage was very very slow...

Difficult stair access. Massive, heavy bedding and ccoverlet, totally unnecessary in a climate controlled apartment

L'appartement est propre, bien rénové, la literie est très bonne. L'appartement et bien équipé.
Le bruit. En effet il était indiqué sur le port, mais là, la 1ere nuit surtout, a été tres bruyante. Jusque tard dans la nuit puis très tôt le matin (mise en place des terrasses, livraisons en camion etc). Cela peut être ok si le locataire est clairement prévenu en amont. J'ai deja dormi dans un logement sur le port quai valin, et je n'avais pas eu autant de nuisances sonores. Il manque de plus des petites choses comme des bols, mugs et un couteau a pain. (Il y a des sortes de bols en plastique).
