Location, location, location!
The incessant noise of pounding music outside, drunk patrons yelling all night on the streets below our second floor apartment, and the crashing noises of street cleaners and refuse collectors that began at 05:30 every morning. The apartment owners provided earplugs in each bedroom, but the noise was unceasing.
