In the immediate vicinity of the Platan Manor complex is the largest outdoor playground in Świnoujście, which is loved by children - a perfect place for family recreation; and in the immediate vicinity - a playroom for children with a café for parents. There are shops nearby, such as Biedronka or LIDL, as well as a rich gastronomic offer of numerous bars and restaurants. In addition, the flat is only 700 metres from the Polish-German border crossing and the nearby UBB train station allows you to move freely towards Germany.
