+gute Lage nahe Strand (200 Meter) +Polenmarkt zu Fuß erreichbar +Rossmann+Lebensmittelladen fünf Minuten zu Fuß +sehr bequemes Bett + sehr großer Kleiderschrank +große Terrasse +Handtücher und Bettwäsche inklusive +Hundefreundlich +ebenerdig und auch für ältere Menschen gut begehbar +Tiefgaragenstellplatz gegen Aufpreis (wir haben für drei Nächte 60 Euro bezahlt) +morgens Sonne in der Wohnung und auf der Terrasse
+insgesamt etwas abgewohnt und Objekt hellhörig +Ecken an vielen Möbeln abgeplatzt (Nachtische, Küche, Wohnzimmertisch) +keine Ablage in der Dusche für Duschgel, etc. +Küchenarbeitsplatte furniert und am Wasserhahn aufgequollen so das der Wasserhahn sehr locker ist +keine Gardinen (man sitzt immer auf dem Präsentierteller oder man macht die Jalousien runter, dann sitzt man im Dunkeln) +Couch durchgesessen +Schlüssel muss man 10 Minuten mit dem Auto an einer Rezeption abholen (wichtig für mit der Bahnanreisende) +Terrasse und Möbel sehr dreckig und Sitzkissen für draußen teilweise kaputt +Stühle im Wohnbereich teilweise angeknabbert und auf der Sitzfläche eingerissen +Salz, Pfeffer und Zuckerstreuer dürfen gern mal getauscht werden
