The holiday home, renovated in 2006, is functionally furnished. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use are: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, and barbecue facilities.

The house is located in the middle of the village and borders on meadows. Access is directly from the main road. Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
