Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 50 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with electric heating. The entrance leads over 1 step and a terrace directly in the kitchen living. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Eat-in kitchen as intersecting room and with lounge, TV and radio. You have access to the 12 sqm terrace with 1 table and 4 chairs. Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen with electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 2 plates), refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
Top floor: 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Kamminke. The holiday home is located on a 1500 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The house is located in the middle of the village and borders on meadows. Access is directly from the main road. Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early June to mid-September, diameter 3.60 m, depth 0.90 m). Pool usage also depends on weather conditions.
