About this house rental
With a spacious 70 m² of living space, the Möwenkoje vacation home offers a modern yet cozy atmosphere for a carefree stay in a rural setting. Located in Korswandt, you can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of a village on the edge of the forest, while numerous excursion options and recreational activities await you in the surrounding area.
Built in 2015 and most recently renovated in 2023, the vacation home features two floors, generously laid out across three separate rooms. Two comfortable bedrooms can accommodate up to four people and are ideal for families, friends, or couples. A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, an additional guest restroom, and another shower room ensure privacy and comfort.
The open-concept living area combines a fully equipped kitchen—featuring a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and many other kitchen utensils—with a cozy dining area and a sofa nook. Here, a wood-burning stove invites you to spend relaxing hours in pleasant warmth—supplemented by modern central and radiant heating that keeps the entire house at a comfortable temperature.
Entertainment options include a TV with satellite connection, Wi-Fi, a DVD and CD player, as well as a small library with books, DVDs, and board games for social evenings. Additional amenities such as a clothes drying rack, a vacuum cleaner, and fly screens round out the offerings.
The Möwenkoje vacation home is a smoke-free property and welcomes both families with children and babies. Pets are welcome; you may bring up to two four-legged friends. A private parking space is available directly on the property for your vehicle.
Outside, you’ll find a spacious terrace equipped with patio furniture, a lawn for sunbathing, a hammock, a beach umbrella, and a charcoal grill for relaxing in the great outdoors. The expansive, approximately 200 m² property also offers a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside.
The house’s location makes it easy to enjoy numerous activities in the immediate vicinity: the sandy beaches of the Baltic Sea are about 3 km away, and the nearest lake is just 500 meters away. A wide range of recreational activities—including golf (1,000 m away), horseback riding, biking, hiking, water sports, swimming, fishing, and various ball sports—is available, as are cultural and culinary delights at nearby restaurants, cafés, movie theaters, and theaters.
Thanks to the short distances to shopping (3 km) and the nearest restaurant (1 km), self-catering is easy. Public transportation and the nearest train station are also easily accessible (500 m and 5 km, respectively). A car is recommended for greater mobility, especially to explore the scenic surroundings at your own pace.
Whether it’s a family vacation, a romantic getaway, or an active getaway—the Möwenkoje vacation home combines modern living with relaxation in nature. If you’re interested, feel free to inquire about availability for your desired dates with no obligation.
