Amazing view over Swinoujscie!

Very nice and communicative staff. Nice view from the 9th floor. Good equipped and comfortable apartment. Lots of free of charge parking places around, quarded parking also available. Nice restaurants around.

No air-conditioning, while lots of windows. The Platan Towar is located at one of busy streets, so it´s quite loud. Some unpleasant smell from the shower sewage system in the first 2 days. 20 min walking to the beach.

The bed was a tiny bit too soft but that’s an individual thing and nothing to point at in general.

Duży salon z wygodnym narożnikiem, dwie zamykane sypialnie z wygodnymi łóżkami. Dobre wyposażenie kuchni. Cisza. 6 osób spokojnie wypocznie, tylko trzeba pamiętać, że jest jedna toaleta. Polecam serdecznie.

W kabinie prysznicowej brak od środka uchwytu na drzwi. Osoby o niskim wzroście nie otworzą kabiny od środka. Dodatkowo płatny parking w podziemiach.

W porządku

Lokalizacja. Do morza kilkanaście minut spokojnym spacerkiem . Za rogiem Biedronka, Żabka, restauracja ze śniadaniami (naleśniki),cukiernia (super tort), bar tradycyjny mleczny, delikatesy. Nawet w niedzielę udało się rano zrobić podstawowe zakupy. Apartament w porządku - wystarczająco dużo przestrzeni. W aneksie kuchennym jest wszystko co potrzebne. Parking podziemny pomieści auto wielkości Forda Galaxy. Dłuższych i szerszych to tak ostrożnie bo trzeba się łamać na 3 razy aby z windy i do windy samochodowej wykręcić.

Przejście z podziemnego parkingu do windy nie ma żadnych oznaczeń na drzwiach. Przedałyby się tabliczki PARKING, WINDA lub DO WINDY , SCHODY, BRAK PRZEJŚCIA. A tak to człowiek wysiada z auta i z tobołami wędruje od drzwi do drzwi a jest opcja zrobienia całego kółka i nie trafienia do windy w ogóle 🤣. Osoby z dziećmi zmęczonymi rozdrażnionymi podróżą lub osoby starsze mogą mieć problem z tak prostą sprawą.

Tolles Apartment!

Ein tolles, sehr gepflegtes und sauberes Apartment mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick auf Stadt und Meer. Nettes Personal bei der Schlüsselübergabe. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet... Wir waren zu fünft und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen...

Einen ganz kleinen Kritikpunkt könnte man geben, weil das Schlafsofa im kleinen Zimmer doch sehr gequietscht hat. Für uns war es nicht so schlimm.

Wir kommen gern wieder.

Die Lage ist zentral. Der Bahnhof ist in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es. Und zum Strand läuft man 10 Minuten. Sehr gut ist die Aussicht aus der 10ten Etage!

Traumhafter Ausblick in tollem Apartment unweit von Hafen, Strand, Park und der Altstadt.

Die Lage, die Gestaltung und handwerkliche Arbeit des Apartments sind sehr gut und detailverliebt. Viele technische Extras sind da und es ist ein guter Gesamteindruck. Freundliche Menschen ringsum bis auf eine Wechselstube - bitte vorher fragen wie der Kurs ist. Cafés und Restaurants findet man allerorten. Wir waren viel zu Fuß unterwegs und haben auch die Altstadt und das alte Kurviertel von Ahlbeck kommend angesehen. Unbedingt die Bäderbahn nutzen in Richtung D, funktioniert super. Es sind viele Fahrräder unterwegs, die Infrastruktur dafür ist ok im Mai, im Sommer ? Allen viel Vergnügen und macht was draus - es ist schön hier.

Die Lüftung in dem tollen Bad ist sehr heftig wenn man die Badewanne zum Entspannen nutzen möchte, es wird schnell ungemütlich. Die Ausstattung der Küchenzeile war teilweise schon lückenhaft und sollte überprüft werden, die Pfanne war total unbrauchbar, Gläser und Tassen sind wohl auch schon verloren gegangen - aber Leute, das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Ach ja, 1-2 Kleiderbügel an der Garderobe wären hilfreich für Jackets oder Kleider. Einen Hinweis habe ich noch für die Erhaltung: Beim Duschen in der Badewanne wäre eine klappbare Scheibe o.ä. zum Schutz vor überspritzendem Wasser nützlich. Die Türzarge hat schon Schaden genommen. Natürlich beeinträchtigt das ein wenig den Gesamteindruck (vielleicht) ist aber werterhaltend sinnvoll.
