very disappointing

near to the beach, near to Polish Market

no warm water for two days, no pressure in shower, had to shower with cold water, the walls are too thin and you can hear neighbours fron left and right side, appartment was cold

Good location but inside appartment not so good

The location of the apartments is not far from the promenade and not so far from beach.

No airconditioning. The sleeping couch which was very uncomfortable and the size of the appartment

They screwed us... Never again!

They are cheating on purpose with the exchange rate and made unauthorized booking from my credit card! We wrote eMail and called there. Sadly it was pretty unhelpful... Wifi was not working as well. Never again!

Superb

The apartment was as pictured. Clean and quiet on corner of top floor. It's very bright and modern. All windows had shades. Kitchen is well equipped, bathroom is big and clean. Sheets and towels were provided. The apartment is located about 20-30 minute walking distance from the main promenade. They are building a new boardwalk though which will make it possible to walk along the beach right into town. We couldn't have asked for more.

The only withdraw about the apartment was that the kitchen didn't have an oven nor microwave. But that didn't bother us. Parking was a hassle. We stopped to unload our bus (we have a baby and a 3 year old) because there was no parking available. We just went inside to put the suitcases into the apartment, just to come back to police waiting for us to give us a 75€ parking ticket.

???? Budynek świeży, jeszcze nie zniszczony,czysty. Chociaż w naszym"apartamencie" były już widoczne" ślady "po wcześniejszych użytkownikach.

W drugim dniu naszego pobytu w APARTAMENTY - BAŁTYCKA w Świnoujściu,piętro wyżej,dokładnie nad nami rozpoczął się regularny remont . Panowie jakby nigdy nic zaczęli skuwać stare kafelki z tarasu. Na moją prośbę aby wstrzymać się z pracami panowie poinformowali mnie że oni mają terminy i muszą kontynuować pracę. Po interwencji u zarządcy obiektu pracę nadal trwały. Po oficjalnej skardze do Booking.com zostałem poinformowany że będą interweniować w tej sprawie. Jednak nic się nic się nie zmieniło pracę nadal trwały do końca naszego pobytu. Dodam tylko że pogoda była kiepska i znaczną część naszego pobytu zmuszeni byliśmy spędzić w "apartamencie". Celowo piszę apartament w cudzysłowiu gdyż zostaliśmy wprowadzeni w błąd przez Boocing.com APARTAMENTY-BALTYCKA w Świnoujściu to nie żaden apartamentowiec tylko zwykły blok mieszkalny z kawalerami pod wynajem. Gdzie każda kawalerka ma innego właściciela i z tad nasze problemy . Ogólnie nie polecam !!!

Urlop bardzo udany, chętnie wrócimy tutaj ponownie.

Apartamenty bardzo ładne, czyste, wyposażone we wszystko, czego potrzeba. Do plaży 10-15 minut spacerkiem. Doskonała lokalizacja do wypadów rowerowych na niemiecką część wyspy Uznam.

Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo blisko granicy z Niemcami, do centrum ok.30 min spacerkiem. Zejście nad morze ok.10 minut. Miejsce idealne jako baza wypadowa na wycieczki rowerowe po całej wyspie Uznam.

Von der ganzen Gegend die sauberste moderne Gebäude gewesen nah am Meer und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch gleich in der Nähe top

Eigentlich gibt es nicht viel dran auszusetzen, nur das der Fernseher nicht ging, bloß wer guckt heutzutage noch Fernsehen. Also alles bestens.
