After entering the building in the first section of the staircase, the flat door on the ground floor is 1 metre to the left. The second section of the stairwell, which leads to the residents of this building, is separated by another door.

The kitchen is in a room separated by a door. The kitchen equipment includes an oven at a height of 1.60 metres. A microwave, two induction hobs, a kettle, a toaster, a fridge with a large freezer area and a Nespresso coffee machine that is operated with so-called coffee capsules.
Should guests require additional kitchen utensils for the preparation of certain dishes, we will provide everything necessary immediately.
The bathroom has a glass shower cubicle.
