Favorite Stays - Neuss Furth

Very convenient for a family with kids. There are a cot and high chair. And the green yard with a playground is great

Everything was great. The location is a bit far from city center but there is a train station nearby

Very clean apartment with very comfy mattresses. The acces to the private garden made a lot of difference for our little one. Trains , buses , supermarkets all within walking distances. Excellent

The apartment was fine. It had all the basics for a good stay. It is located within a 2 minute walk to public transportation. There is also a discount supermarket within the same distance.

I much prefer to write all the positive points, however, I personally rely heavily on good, honest reviews to guide my decisions in selecting accommodations. I also find a reliable, smooth check-in ESSENTIAL. I did not like the check-in process, because it did not work!. I arrived late in the evening (this is typical for my work travel) and the check in process failed. It was nearly 10 pm.and pouring rain. I called the host. I was assured this was " not [their] standard" and then the voice on the phone talked me through how to now gain access to the apartment. After 15 minutes in the rain and trying to follow instructions while holding my laptop, my purse, and my cell phone, which I was also using as a flashlight because of the dim lighting, I finally got into the building. I was soaked, including my bags and the hairstyle I had just paid to have done, to look my best for an important meeting. Before I arrived at my apartment door, from downstairs, I could here a very loud buzzing. I was dismayed to find it was coming from my apartment. I once again called the host. I was literally instructed to "pull out a cable" I did this and the buzzing stopped. By this point, something extremely good would grave had to happen for me to give a rave review. Although the reception was helpful, no one even called to apologize.
