楼下就是超时，停车位很多。
如果没有电梯，最好有提示。因为出来旅行都是有大行李箱的，好在是2楼。 但搬来搬去也很吃力。 和房东约了时间，但其实他需要下班之后才可以给钥匙。并不是说约了15点他就可以来，是当地朋友给他打电话问了什么时间方便，在他下班后协助拿的钥匙。这点其实是不方便的。

Wirklich sehr gemütlich. Nette ruhige Wohnstrasse. Supermarkt, Bus um die Ecke. Einfache, freundliche Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin.

スーパーマーケットが目の前にあり，7時から22時まで開いているのでとても重宝しました。洗濯機があるのは助かりました。ノイス中央駅からはちょっと行きづらいですが，ノイス南のSバーン駅が近く，ケルンにもデュッセルドルフにもアクセスが楽で良いです。
洗濯洗剤や柔軟剤があれば良かったです。ゴミ箱用のビニール袋も見つけられませんでした。カーテンが遮光カーテンだとさらに良かったです。
