Die Unterkunft war sauber und der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut

Sehr steile Treppe bis zum 2.Stock. Nichts für Gehbehinderte. Die Matratze war mir persönlich zu weich

Die Unterkunft war sehr zentral gelegen und man konnte schnell mit der Bahn nach Köln oder Düsseldorf. Man hatte eigentlich alles was man benötigt in der Unterkunft.

Leider hat unser online Check in nicht geklappt, allerdings waren die Eigentümer sehr freundlich am Telefon und haben uns schnell helfen können. Ein weiterer Minuspunkt war fehlendes Klopapier, das mussten wir selbst kaufen im Penny, welcher aber direkt neben dem Apartment war :)

Kleines, nettes Apartment in der Innenstadt. Sauber, bis auf ein paar Silberfischchen im Bad. Nahe am Bahnhof.

Die Handtücher, welche zusammengerollt auf dem Bett lagen, waren feucht. Der Tisch in der Küche ist sehr klein. Ich wurde per Mail von den Vermietern mehrfach aufgefordert eine Spitzenbewertung abzugeben. Solch ein manipulatives Verhalten ist nicht akzeptabel

Very central. Good alternative to Düsseldorf in the expensive concert season. Kitchen was well equipped and overall clean.

We decided to stay the weekend for a concert and work from home on the next Monday. There was no internet on Monday and Tuesday so that didn’t work out. The bed sheets could be bought new, as they are so old and used they scratch the skin. The “table” next to the bed cannot be used for eating or working as it’s almost falling down. I changed the batteries of the TV remote controller as it was not working. Still, only Netflix was available. There is no fan/ventilator. There was a sticked chewing gum in the shower, which we removed. The wood next to the stairs of the building feels like it’s about to fall down if you touch it. Please put some effort in your apartment as the location is great, but in these conditions it’s not worth the price.
