Welcome to this stylish, approximately 45-square-meter ground-floor apartment in the center of Neuss—quietly located yet right in the heart of the action. Ideal for 1–2 people or a family with a toddler (travel crib available upon request). Enjoy a hotel-style living/sleeping area, a separate kitchen, a desk, and a dining table. Shopping, restaurants, the Stadtgarten, and the Neuss main train station are all within walking distance (3–10 min.). The host ensures the highest standards of cleanliness and is always available to assist you.

Welcome to this apartment building, built in 1910. There are only 2 steps leading into the building. After entering the building and reaching the first section of the stairwell, the apartment door is located 1 meter to the left. The second section of the stairwell, which leads to the residents of this building, is separated by another door.
This ensures that apartment guests and the building’s residents are not disturbed.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
THE APARTMENT CAN ACCOMMODATE A MAXIMUM OF 2 ADULTS AND 2 SMALL CHILDREN.
IT HAS A 1.60 x 2.00 METER DOUBLE BED.
TWO CHILD TRAVEL BEDS CAN BE PROVIDED UPON REQUEST.

To the right of this, you’ll find another open area that serves as a small workspace on the left and a dining area on the right.
The kitchen is in a separate room, divided by a door. The kitchen is equipped with an oven at a height of 1.60 meters, a microwave, two induction cooktops, a kettle, a toaster, a refrigerator with a large freezer compartment, and a Nespresso coffee machine that uses coffee capsules.
If guests need additional kitchen utensils to prepare certain dishes, we will promptly provide everything necessary.
The bathroom features a glass shower stall.
All in all, this is a well-equipped apartment where you’ll feel right at home.
