About this villa rental
The detached villa is rustic and furnished in the typical local style. The property is located on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property of the mountains and its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use: access to the laundry, air conditioning, coffee machine, charging station for electric cars, 32-inch flat-screen TV, free access to the swimming pool, free car park with video surveillance, free Wi-Fi throughout the building, radiators, voice assistant “ALEXA”.

Cortona. The villa is situated on an open garden plot with lawn, flowers, and trees. A building dating back to 1500 with a skilful renovation in which the architectural features typical of the Tuscan landscape have remained unchanged. A green lawn, framed by centuries-old trees, leads to the sixteenth-century residence Il Casale, which houses welcoming apartments. Access is via a side road (asphalted).
