A true testament of hospitality.

From the moment we arrived it felt like our home away from home. Every staff member was so welcoming and helpful to ensure we were comfortable. Then there’s the view - good lord. It was spectacular each & every day…especially from the amazing pool!

Nothing. It’s spectacular from the long majestic drive up to the house, to the Osteria and string lights around the property. It’s heaven.

Fantastic Tuscan retreat with a beautiful swimming pool, lovely garden surrounds, nice restaurant and excellent breakfast buffet

The apartment was a little dark and dingy, with slightly uninspired decor. Breakfast coffee was very average from a electronic machine

Perfect location and beautiful surroundings, a pleasant pool, and an atmospheric restaurant. The staff did an excellent job, as did the very nice owner. I recommend this place for a relaxing break.

It might be worth expanding the pool bar offerings as the place itself has great potential.

Amazing place, well worth staying.

The chef for the cooking class was amazing, as was the gentleman who did the interpretation. The views were beautiful. The pool was relaxing. The room felt like home. Highly recommend!

I loved Il Palazzo. It was my favourite place of out whole Tuscany trip. The restaurant on location is fantastic. The views are incredible and the pool was an added bonus.

A beautiful location to add to a visit in Arezzo flea market

I found out that there is a restaurant in the facility in contrary to your advertisment. better correct it

I did not like the BOOKING presentation of the facility: in the pictures accompaning there is a restaurant activity After the booking process (which was irreversible) in the Q/A it said that there isnt a resturant luckilly it was wrong and the restaurant was active.

Nice opportunity to stay in the village of Tuscany with wonderful food and wine

The winery with country house type hotel rooms was located a bit east from famous Chiaty vine route. However, the location, accomodation, breakfast and dinner with different wine tasting was amazing. Panoramic Tuscany views from the hill, where vinery is situated, were just breathtaking...City of Arezzo is nearby.

Fabulous place, highly recommended; but in need of road attention

Beautiful place with excellent food, wine, views. Receptionist Janallis(sp?) was great!!!

Dirt road to property had some really rough spots that could have easily been fixed with a tractor and a few buckets of dirt/gravel but were ignored. I was glad it was a rental and not my car.

Room was big, clean and ideal if you are planning to stay more than one day. Pool was clean and a nice place to relax. Kind, warm and friendly personnel, always ready to assist and make you feel happy and comfortable. Fresh pasta was delicious!!!

The place was absolutely beautiful and clearly well taken care of. You can tell they truly love and appreciate their land. Being surrounded by olive trees at the pool while enjoying the view and sun cannot be compared The staff were amazing and so warm and welcoming. We felt like part of the family The rooms were perfect and everything you need

Nice vila in nice place with not very tasty food

-good view -nice location -nice design and equipment -free parking -swimming pool

-air con in main room was working, but remote controller wasn’t working. You could not set temperature and air flow. It has not been fixed during the whole stay -dinner was bad and not tasty. Hotel should change restaurant service. It could be improves -breakfast could be better. Is being provided by same restaurant. Should be changed -only receptionist speaks English -old cleaning lady/ or owner friend wad rude and shouting on us on Italian language which spoiled our day.

Beautiful location in the Tuscan Hills with everything you need all in one location.

This was a beautiful location with everything you need right here. Our room was very nice with a huge, comfortable bed. They gave us a complimentary bottle of wine when we arrived. The staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the pool and ate dinner there both nights of our stay. The highlight of our stay was probably the wine tour and tasting we booked. It included 4 tastings and food! The wines we tried were all very good.

We were surprised that we needed to take our own trash out.

relaxation in the olive grove

The location is very accessible and offers a perspective on the surrounding hills. Located in a vineyard and an olive garden, the Palazzo is a pleasant place where you can relax freely and enjoy Tuscany. A special care for details, many outdoor spaces decorated with flowers and a friendly staff will contribute to a comfortable stay.

The room assigned to us did not have exterior space at the same level as the other rooms. The coffee at breakfast was below the level of an Italian coffee, offered at a hotel-style automatic espresso machine.

Very nice winery in the hills, extremely comfortable & quiet, with excellent breakfast and super friendly receptionist. Unfortunately we were on business trip - but the place is perfect for holidays in a typical Toscany style ambiente. Everything was just perfect !

A very pleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast was quite nice. The two-level room was spacious and comfortable. The accommodations were also very clean, and the shower was spacious, with good water pressure. Our lodgings were one-half of a "duplex" outbuilding, and our half had a lovely view of the valley.

The Wifi receptions was consistently unacceptable. If Il Palazzo is going to offer Wifi, it needs to invest in a system that works for all the rooms. We would have preferred lodgings where the bedroom and the bathroom were on the same level, which Il Palazzo probably offers in other rooms.

A friendly place on a wine estate

The staff were very friendly and helpful the accommodation was clean with a nice little kitchen and smart bathroom. We bought wine from the estate and we’re gifted an extra bottle. The staff left baskets of free walnuts out as it was walnut season.

The best place is a bit remote situated up a long bumpy track. My car was filthy after 4 days driving up and down it.

Mosquito nets in windows would be very helpful, some basic equipment in the kitchen would be nice (salt, pepper, oil..). The standard apartment was older but still very nice.

An amazing venue in the beautiful Tuscan countryside with a great swimming pool.

The breakfast was fine with something to suit most guests.The pool was great.However the views of the rolling hills in the Tuscan countryside beat everything.Helpful staff.We hope to return.
