I loved the location ( ideal for visiting Montalcino and Piensa south of Siena and Chianti, San Gimignano in the north). The swimming pools and the restaurant with the great wine selection were waiting on the return.
The same menu every night, but the risotto and T bone steak was really nice!

We only stayed 1 night at borgo Lesolana while in town for a wedding. The stay was nothing short than exceptional & nothing was too much for the staff. We had lunch on site which was beautiful & the wine is incredibly tasty! We were able to relax near the 2x pools during the day. Would highly recommend.
As we were only staying for one night & it was also my birthday we were really looking forward to the main menu in the evening. Unfortunately it was pizza night, and despite the pizzas being made with lovely fresh ingredients- I would say we would have 100% preferred the main menu with more choice in the evening.

Beautiful property, excellent food and the pools were very lovely
Overall the level of service wasn't as good as it could have been. At this price range, I would expect help getting luggage to and from the car, groundskeepers doing their best not to disturb guests (example: noisy lawn mower during a morning yoga session).
