Very well maintained, beautiful property with extremely friendly staff. Good breakfast
We were first guests after season opening, unfortunately the room was very cold when we checked in - 14 degrees only. And during our stay it reached 19. Which was unpleasant, especially with small child.

The location ls perfect. In an hour you can reach most of the famous Tuscany cities. The food is very good, only the breakfast could have more things, but except this, everything was great.

We had the most wonderful stay. I can’t believe I almost didn’t book this place! It’s beautiful, peaceful, relaxing, and has everything you need. There are a few markets roughly 10-15 min away by car and it’s an easy 45-60 min drive to locations like Siena, Pienza, and Montepulciano.
The staff and service were incredible and the food was some of the tastiest we had in Italy! It felt like a very personal and also private experience - perfect for relaxing and soaking in the Tuscan landscapes.

superb facility in the countryside of Tuscany. High quality, fine details, spacious, resort atmosphere in a restored villa. the restaurant serves high quality Tuscan food as well.
keep in mind it's a 2.5 km dirt road, so be prepared as of the car.
