Lovely place and very friendly and helpful staff. Everything worked nicely, and communication with the staff was quick and easy. Beautiful area with good driving distance from e.g. Florence, Pisa and Lucca, and a good frisk uphill walk to Montaione. Access with mobility scooter was decent (to 'San Gimignano' flat), while some of the garden paths were doable, but a bit more challenging with limited mobility. All and all, lovely stay!

It was absolutely perfect. The view was amazing. The pool looked amazing - we couldn't try it because we stayed in early April. The host is great as well.
