quelques petites problèmes: pas de tasses, pas de crochets pour les serviettes de bain, pas de place pour poser la vaisselle quand on la lave, rideau de la grande chambre qui ne ferme complètement, pas d'indication en anglais pour la machine à laver, clef qui ne ferme pas bien... Mais l'appartement est agréable et bien situé, le séjour était très bien, et si on n'a vu personne, on a eu des réponses par sms rapidement.

Near to the restaurants and convenience store.
The floor was dirty when we arrived and the pillows were way too soft

Spacious, clean, comfortable and easy to get to central locations like Shibuya and Shinjuku. Proper beds although a little small and a table and chairs with plenty of room for large suitcases.
The bed linen felt like polyester but I am very particular. The toilet had an unpleasant odour but we kept the door closed.

Location
Not well maintained and they don’t provide enough towels and not much kitchen supplies. It was not bad because of location. Bidet was not working properly
