Nice building and room clean also owner waited for me I was late night 19pm check in.
Only one night stay, there is sink water couldn’t use but shower was okay 👍

Dernier step sur notre parcours avant de prendre l’avion très tôt le matin. Check in efficace et avec le sourire, nous avons pu aller très facilement et rapidement à la mer et en ville même si Kuta ne correspond pas au Bali que nous souhaitions visiter. Mais la localisation à 10 min de l’aéroport et le Check out à 4h30 (et toujours avec le sourire) ont fait le job
RAS sur les 18h passées sur place.

在巴厘岛的最后一天我搬来了这里，离机场比较近。没想到人少到三间多人宿舍只有我一个人😂着实很爽了
🍀院子很好看，对面是一排双人间，共享公共空间
🏊🏻♀️有小游泳池，很小，几乎就是泡泡澡降暑的作用
📍离沙滩大概步行不到1公里
🍳对面就是一家高分餐厅
⚠️缺点是水不热；储物柜在床下面，住下床的可能会被吵到；洗漱间也在屋里，也会有点吵吧

Everything about Avaya was perfect, the price, the staff the room everything. Very new and modern and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Very handy location too but still very quiet
You had to hire a towel for the pool but are free to use your room towels so no big deal. Also a small bar fridge in the rooms would be great
$$$$
