Will continue my stay but been having difficulty with leaking in my room and water pressure issues

After repeat renewals of my stay the past week has not Been good. Due to flooding underneath the building I am in the water pump went under water and completely daiked. For nearly the whole week there has either been no toilet or shower or no water pressure to have shower. They did offer me another room for 2 of those days but it was not the deluxeroom I had paid for. The roof in bathroom is leaking so badly it is constantly wet. 2 weeks of complaint and noone has done anything.
I have really liked the hotel until all of this. It seems some of the buildings have fared worse than others in the never ender deluge of rain.

Cheap is cheap but big room and bed, nice aircon and pool but terrible wifi. Even data wouldnt work
