L'emplacement était exceptionnel, hôte très disponible, logement très propre, une grande chambre pour un couple et un canapé dépliable pour un autre couple.
La salle de bains demanderait à être rénovée, le bruit de la rue (nuit et jour) mais après le logement est au cœur du centre ville (avantage comme inconvénient)

Impossible de dormir dans le séjour (fenetre en alu qui n'est pas isolante du tout, passage de gens bruyants dans la rue toute la nuit)
Wc petit et vétuste
Sdb vétuste surtout le pare douche
Table sur balcon qui prend la moitié du balcon
