About this apartment rental

Old residence "Le Manoir du Casino", 4 storeys. In the centre of Cabourg, in the resort, from the sea, 100 m from the beach. In the house: lift, storage room for bicycles. Public parking on the road. Shop 50 m, supermarket 1.7 km, bus stop "Hôtel de Ville" 850 m, indoor swimming pool 100 m, thermal baths "Thalazur" 1.3 km. Golf course (9 hole) 1.9 km.
2-room apartment 50 m2 on 2nd floor, north-east facing position. Entrance hall with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm). Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen), DVD. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette (dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, combination microwave) with bar. Bathroom, sep. WC. Electric heating. Parquet floors. 2 balconies 2 m2. Beautiful distant view of the sea and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm.

Un emplacement idéal !
Un bel appartement, très bien agencé, parfait pour une famille. La vue depuis chaque fenêtre est magnifique ! La localisation est idéale pour aller à la plage et se promener dans Cabourg. Par contre il n'est pas toujours simple de trouver où se garer à proximité... Et le ménage laissait vraiment à désirer à notre arrivée (peut-être juste un loupé occasionnel).
